About Noller: A Family Legacy Built on Community

For more than six decades, Noller has been part of the communities we call home. What began as one family’s vision for a local automotive dealership has grown into a family-owned and locally operated company with a simple commitment: take care of our customers, take care of our employees, and take care of our community.
Our story began in 1960, when O. Willard Noller purchased the Ford dealership from Mosby-Mack in Topeka, Kansas. He built a state-of-the-art dealership that helped establish the Noller name as one associated with trust, innovation, and service. More than 60 years later, that same building still stands as part of our history.
Today, Noller remains family owned and locally operated. While our company has grown and our businesses have evolved, the foundation has never changed.

Local Means Something to Us

Being locally owned isn’t just something we put in our name or use in our advertising. It’s part of who we are.
Our customers are our neighbors. Our employees are members of the communities where we live. The businesses we support are the businesses our friends and families shop at. The schools, charities, foundations, and organizations we contribute to are the same organizations that make our communities stronger.
We believe that when a community supports a local business, that business has a responsibility to give back. That is why supporting our communities has always been at the heart of Noller.
From supporting local schools and foundations to partnering with local businesses and organizations, we believe in being more than a business that operates in a community. We want to be a business that is actively invested in making that community better. One of our favorite examples is our annual Drive Out the Cold coat drive, where we provide hundreds of new coats, hats, and gloves to people in need. It is a small way for us to say thank you to the communities that have supported our family for generations.

When a community supports a local business, that business has a responsibility to give back.

A BELIEF AT THE HEART OF NOLLER

Community is where the story continues

03 / Moving Forward

Growing Without Losing Who We Are

Over the years, Noller has continued to grow and evolve. Our operations have expanded to include dealerships, service operations, Quick Lane facilities, RV sales and service, accessories, and other businesses designed to fill needs within the communities we serve.

But growth isn’t about getting bigger just for the sake of getting bigger.

It's about finding ways to serve people better.

O. Willard Noller was an innovator. That spirit has continued through every generation of the family. From being among the first dealerships in the area to establish a dedicated finance and insurance department to introducing services such as complimentary service pickup and delivery, at-home vehicle purchases, Quick Lane maintenance, EV service capabilities, and advanced charging infrastructure, we have always looked for better ways to serve our customers.
The automotive industry will continue to change. Our customers’ needs will continue to change. And Noller will continue to change with them.

Our People Make the Difference

We believe you cannot provide exceptional customer service without exceptional people.
Our corporate team and leadership are deeply invested in the success of our employees and our stores. We believe in training, development, strong benefits, the right tools, and creating an environment where people have the opportunity to succeed.
And our leadership believes in leading from the front.
At Noller, you may see a manager helping wash a vehicle on a busy Saturday, a service manager jumping in to help a technician, or a member of leadership answering phones when the team needs help.
We don’t ask our employees to do something we wouldn’t do ourselves. We believe our leaders should set the example through hard work, accountability, humility, and a willingness to help wherever they are needed.

“The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack.”

We believe our leaders should set the example through hard work, accountability, humility, and a willingness to help wherever they are needed.

05 / BUILT ON TRUST

More Than 60 Years of Trust

A company doesn’t remain locally owned for more than 60 years without earning the trust of the people around it. Our customers have trusted generations of the Noller family to help them purchase vehicles, maintain their transportation, keep their businesses moving, and navigate some of life’s unexpected challenges.
Some of the most meaningful moments aren’t the big sales or major milestones. They’re the families who needed a reliable vehicle to get their children to school. The local business owner who needed dependable transportation to keep their business running. The customer who found themselves in a difficult situation and needed someone willing to listen and help.

Those are the moments that matter.

Our goal has never been simply to sell a vehicle or repair a car. It is to provide an honest, respectful, and positive experience and to be a company our communities can trust.

The moments that matter are the ones that make a community stronger.

More than a transaction

Rooted here. Looking ahead.

Looking Toward the Next 60 Years

Noller started with a family, a dealership, and a commitment to serving people. More than 60 years later, that commitment remains. We are proud of our history, but we aren’t interested in simply looking backward. We are focused on what comes next — continuing to grow, continuing to innovate, continuing to invest in our people, and continuing to find new ways to serve our communities.
Family owned. Locally operated. Community invested. And while our future will undoubtedly look different from our past, one thing will remain the same: we will always be a local family business committed to the people and communities that helped build us. Thank you to every customer, employee, community organization, local business, and neighbor who has been part of our story. The first 60 years were just the beginning.

That’s Noller.
